It’s September and time for a reset!!!
We’ve just had the last bank holiday for a while and the start of a new school year. For many, September signals the end of the summer holidays and a return to the regular routines. For some, getting back into the groove of things can take a while.
However, it can also invite a renewed sense of purpose and ambition and, for us, we are looking ahead at new initiatives and the opportunity to set and work towards ambitious goals to increase our reach and impact.

Clearer Thinking For Our New Clients
We are thrilled to be welcoming on board several new clients this month but I’d like to give a shout out to the brilliant Southall Black Sisters who we will be supporting to develop their ability to articulate and evidence their impact.
Southall Black Sisters has attained iconic status, not just because of the longevity of their existence, but because they have played a leading role in challenging and shaping government policy on the issues facing black and minoritised women in the UK and providing an extensive service to women facing violence.

Clearer Thinking For Our Team’s Growth
I am thrilled to introduce you to our newest Associate Consultant, Nikita Shah, who has joined us this week.
Nikita has over ten years of experience in research, evaluation, facilitation and organisational change management working with clients across sectors on a . range of thematic issues for clients including international human rights, anti-racism, migration and climate change.
Outside of work, you can find Nikita in the dance studio learning and teaching various styles or writing poetry with a hot cup of chai!

Our own Clearer Thinking with our Brand Messaging
We support so many organisations with their strategy, often in the form of away days using expert facilitation to support their future planning.
Growing the team has meant I have had the opportunity to take a step back and reevaluate our strategy. I told you in May that we are partnering with Baboosh! Brand Collective to bring their expertise in brand strategy to the voluntary organisations that we work with.
I believe we should always follow our own advice, so I am excited that CTC will be working through our brand messaging with Dani Nodwell and her team in the coming weeks. We also have our own strategy away day booked in the diary for later this month.
